Physiotherapist / Clinical Pilates Instructor

BSc (Physio)

Kate is a netball player herself and has captained the Rangers Netball Club league team in the WANL (West Australian Netball League) for the past 3 years. Her experience as an athlete herself, has given Kate an understanding of the physical & emotional challenges of injury/ rehabilitation. She enjoys working with athletes from all sporting codes, but especially netball, aiming to support her clients through their recovery stages back to confident return to performance.

Kate has a strong interest in the field of pain science and the complex multi-factorial nature of pain and is undertaking further learning in this area. She believes in seeing and treating the whole person, not just their specific injury/pain. She understands how debilitating living with persistent and/or intense pain can be and aims to help guide people get back to living their lives beyond pain.

As well as private appointments, Kate also runs Clinical Pilates and Beginners Strength classes here at our onsite gym/ pilates zone. These classes are perfect for those who are looking to continue rehabilitation post injury/surgery or generally improve their physical wellbeing with supervision & guidance.
